Join Bio Group at our upcoming event, where we proudly introduce unique ingredients from Miyazaki, Japan – a prefecture with a rich cultural history in the Land of the Rising Sun. At the event, guests will have the opportunity to experience a tasting menu, creatively crafted and developed by our 5-star IBUKI chefs. Along with unique ingredients, guests will also get to learn exciting stories shared by culinary experts from Miyazaki.
Miyazaki is a southern prefecture in Japan, located on the eastern part of Kyushu Island, and surrounded by the vast Pacific Ocean. The climate and landscape are similar to that of Vietnam, with favorable natural conditions for agriculture. Miyazaki has grown to become the cradle of many large food processing companies, contributing to the development of agriculture not only in the region but also in Japan.
At the event, we will showcase a menu featuring premium ingredients sourced from Miyazaki, such as Miyazaki wagyu beef, known for winning three championships at the “Japan Wagyu Olympics” in 2007, 2012, and 2017, as well as fresh and delicious seafood like Yellowtail, Madai, and eel, all prepared according to traditional Japanese culinary standards.
