Dragon procession, Lion dance, Dragon to shrimp house, or bustling childhood like Dragon and Snake rising to the cloud… are lyrical memories for IBUKI This Tet to prepare a spring trip to Vietnam and Japan, bringing back and displaying these wonders of the world on Tet feasts, entertaining guests from all over.
A Dragon Procession Menu is from 1 Feb to 19 Feb:
🐉 Starter : lucky fruits salad, sashimi, steam egg with scallop, pan seared foie gras
🐉 Main course: slow cooked abalone, Canadian lobster teppanyaki, Kobe wagyu, Matsusaka wagyu, the five elements sushi
🐉 Dessert: five flavors dessert & lotus tea
